Showed up on time. Moved everything, disassembled and reassembled. Would highly recommend these movers. Dustin and Donnie worked hard and had a positive and pleasant demeanour the entire time. Well done guys.

MJ, AJ, and Charlie were beyond professional. They responded to every question, gave realistic expectations, and went above all expectations with helping my wife and I move into our dream home. I am so glad we got such amazing people to help us and they all deserve a raise. One of the single best service experience I have received. Great work, and thank you for making such a big task seem so easy!

We hired them to move us from the mainland to Vancouver Island. They were timely and very helpful. They took care of our belongings and we would trust them to move us again. Aws and Justin W were professional, hardworking, and got us all moved in the same day!

Beware! The 'liability coverage' is completely unacceptable. They said they would pay $105 towards over $700 in damages to our stuff. We arranged for 3 men, and 2 arrived. They were very unprofessional - yelling profanities throughout the move. They said several times that they were short-staffed - this was reinforced when we found out that the people moving into our old place had also hired them and the same employees were supposed to be at their place at 11 a.m. and didn't arrive until 5 p.m.! Not sure why they would have booked another move 2 hours after the start of ours, but it explains why they were rushing and being careless with our stuff. They were literally throwing boxes - even after I reminded them that several boxes were clearly labelled 'fragile', one of the employees responded, 'oh, we treat everything as though it is fragile' - definitely not the case! It was a wet day, and they had no floor runners. They had no moving blankets! They said 'they are wet' - completely unprepared without the necessary equipment for the job - explains why so much of items are damaged. When we commented on the damage to the foreman, he just looked at us blankly and shrugged his shoulders - we couldn't believe the attitude. Our TEAK cabinet received gouges and scratches all over - this cabinet had not a mark on it previously. Our large filing cabinet was severely gouged and scratched. Another wooden cabinet received gouges and scratches all over - this cabinet had always been covered and had been PRISTINE. A glass platter was shattered. I think the hollow apology and complete disregard for customers' belongings is almost worse than the damage caused by the carelessness and unprofessionalism.

Prompt arrival to location A. Quick load. At location B, the fellows had a tougher job (narrow stairwell with a bend). They looked at options and decided jumping the appliances out the back and all the way around the house would be safer on my paint and drywall. I really appreciated this concern for my home despite the additional time and effort it took. I will use them again. Recommended

A police report was filed immediately after realizing these movers stole as many small, expensive items as they could pocket out of our bags. Even though we were only moving down the street, they managed to smash and damage thousands of dollars of furniture. Unbelievable! Both the company manager and owner were called to address these issues. they promised to call us back...they never did. This makes me suspect they are all protecting each other like a gang of thieves. A claim was filed against their insurance for the theft and damage but we were only offered $120. This was the worst moving experience of our lives. We feel utterly violated and traumatized. Please protect yourself and stay far away from this horrible company!

paid over 1100$+ to move about 10 boxes and a bed, my stuff arrived about 9 days later after the estimated date and a lot of things were broken, irreplaceable crafts made by my late father, wigs I use for costuming worth over 300$ totally destroyed, ripped a hole in my box spring, took lightbulbs out of my lamps and didn't give them back, and missing a bag.... I sent an email asking where my bag was and was told to check my things because the driver said its not on the truck before calling and asking where my stuff is (which I did? why wouldn't I?) got a call from the driver not even 20 minutes later saying they have my bag but cant drive it to my house so I have to meet them before they leave? Get a different company to move your stuff; I used them once before and it was great but this time was horrible... Totally unprofessional, way to expensive. Save your money

We hired 2 Burley Men to move our larger items across town. The two movers were just fantastic. They were polite and personable, on time, and completed our move in just under three hours. They listened well to what we wanted and then organized themselves, their equipment and transport to a masterful degree. Parking was difficult at our destination. They solved it! Very grateful and satisfied with the job!
