Leaving a little old lady stranded with a packed up house and no where to go! Then when you get a bit upset with him he hangs up on you. Real professional Bob :-(

Then when we called this week he gave us the the run around then was extremely rude to my 76 year old mother and said he never put it in his schedule. When asked for any recommendations for other movers he told us that there is no one better. I would not use this company for anything ever. Especially since we offered double to move a couch love seat and chest of drawers and table. Beware of who you look for and find on the internet. I don't usually fill these things out but I dont like rudeness to an elderly lady or to anyone for that matter. Thank you.
C	Carly Robillard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittedly I didn't end up having a choice but to go with this mover for timing reasons, but a major reason why I wanted to hire a mover was to hire someone with damage insurance, and it turns out that this mover does not have that. Of course I only found that out after they broke my antique vanity, and only offered to take $40 (nowhere near enough money to replace a vanity) off the cost of the move. I also expected them to bill me legitimately and instead they asked to be paid in cash or e-transfer. I didn't have the will to argue at the time, but I won't be doing that again.
