β β β β β This place is amazing. Management always help if I have any concerns. The building is clean and I like how they handled a situation with covid.
A gym facility is my favorite feature and also a parking, as I have my bike in a safe storage there and don't have to take it home each day.

β β β β β Itβs been amazing to move more than one year ago to Antares by My place Realty, more now during the pandemic, with my family, we feel conformable and happy in this building because we have all that we need during the lockdown, but, the most amazing thing in this building is the incredible view from our unit, every day we see the most beautiful sunset of Winnipeg. Congrats to the management for being such a nice people

I have lived at Antares for almost a year now, unfortunately I am locating to another province. The management here are all super friendly and do their best to work with you. Things are reasonably priced, currently they offer Wifi with the rental, and utilities are included. They have a small dog area, which is great for winter times if you have a dog. As well as a dog bathing station.
The building is fairly quiet and is located to almost everything. The main bus line is two blocks away, and family foods is five mins to walk on Donald.
The suites are well maintained and the main ten e guys are the best.

β β β β β I had a meeting with Debbie to go over all the moving parts of making my official home sweet home move in date a go!
It was my first time actually going into the Thorwin location, I was greeted by Kendra who is such a sweetheart! She was so welcoming and kind!
I then met with Debbie, she was such a joy to deal with! She took her time to answer all my questions and made me feel secure that I had picked the right home! Knowing that I will be able to lean on such a supportive team with any questions or concerns was a huge key to making my move official.
Every single person I have delt with at Thorwin has been such a enjoyable experience. I hope Debbie & Kendra get the well deserved recognition they deserve!
They truly made the final step of my move in so special and welcoming!

Sarah Nabess is absolutely amazing and she helped us throughout and ensured that we have a top notch moving experience. The process was easy and they will respond to any questions you may have as fast as they could. If you guys want a convenient location in the heart of the city, I definitely recommend moving here!

β β β β β I would like to say it was a pleasure to be living in 190 Smith ST. Place was clean, quiet and despite being located in the downtown area, it was all very safe.
The best part of living here wasn't the free gym or freshly grinded coffee, but overall the entire staff. Everyone from the On-site office was always very helpful and respectful. If I had any doubts or problems they quickly and effectively resolved them. Long story short, if I hadn't moved to another citi i would stay there for the next year.

β β β β β I've living here for going on 2 years. The living downtown is great, and at first glance the rent and parking seem like a good deal. I don't know much about the amenities since most things are closed because of the pandemic.
The gym is nice though. Eventually you have to deal with the staff and every moment of it is painful. The new staff since the take over is awful. They don't explain anything and try to nickel and dime you for everything. I think something was lot in translation when the new company took over. Thorwin is a big company, they want to make money and don't care about tenants. If you move here don't expect anyone to be on your side, assume the worst and plan accordingly.
