First she gave me a tracking number that wasn’t related to my package, and then she updated me a number that invalid. After 2 and a half months this assistant quit her job. No follow-up or apologize for my missing package. 2018年9月13日在这家民航快递寄了三百块加币的宠物用品回国。第一次给的tracking number是给错别人的给我们。第二次给的tracking number永远查不到。一直用微信和店员沟通，现在店员走了。无法联系... 道歉赔偿什么都没有

No follow-up or apologize for my missing package. Returning pet supplies. The tracking number given for the first time was given to us by the wrong person. The tracking number given the second time will never be found. I have been using WeChat to communicate with the clerk, and now the clerk is gone. Can't contact... Apology and compensation for nothing
