★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this place it would get a one star rating. Extremely unprofessional application process was ongoing, extremely high expectations for a property rental company. Unpleasant experience and very arrogant associates, they are extremely bias and they do not expect single mothers with children. If you are on any means of social assistance they will decline your application after they notify you that you have been excepted and they are trying there best to get the owners to agree. Stay away this rental is not worth the time or the money it’s all cosmetics and the building itself is not worth the $1857 you pay for a one bedroom. You can easily rent down the street for a much better rental price with a balcony and higher end appliances.
