Tacos were prawn And like small remnants of left over greasy broken shrimp bits severed on soggy, greasy tortilla shell. We had a reservation for 1100 am on Sunday August 23rd. We were the second on served and it took over an hour to serve our starter which was simple Ceviche. Precooked ceviche at that when it did finally arrive. Burger was greasy and over cooked to the point of shoe leather and fries cold.Had to inquire about our food at noon as still had not arrived. Had to request the waiter to fire all courses as we had to leave to catch our 1 pm ferry. Ordered water for the table but our wine arrived first? 20 minutes for a glass of soda water. To say the least we wont be going back

A	AJ Rocklin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Great coffee and baked goods. Had the latte which was excellent, probably the best one in Sidney so far. Almond croissant was perfect. Service was efficient. The seating area is in the hotel lounge and of course outside on the patio with views. Will be back.

The General Manager mingled with the customers making sure our experience was the best it could be and with that extra attention it made it perfect. Will definitely be bragging to all my friends encouraging them to give 10 Acres at the Pier a try. See you again soon !!

Lovely views over the pier and seashore. There is outside dining on the patio when weather permits. We were a party of three, had drinks before dinner, one generous appetizer to share, three main courses and a $90 bottle of Chablis. Total with tip was $280. If you're looking for the best place in Sidney this is it. I've tried most of them! Located inside the Pier Hotel on 2538 Beacon Ave, Sidney BC.
C	Cynthia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at 10 Acres last week. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was easily the best calamari I have ever had. Our waitress (Marnie - I believe was her name) was great and very friendly. The only downside to our evening was the one guy who came with our bill didn’t know how to take our payment and left 3 times and when he came back, asked me to do the math on my own phone to figure out what the price was to add both bills together. With him leaving multiple times, it made it take quite awhile to actually leave the restaurant. Other than that, great experience.
