★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given all of this time spent indoors because of the pandemic, we decided to have our ducts, vents and carpets cleaned. 1CleanAir was an excellent choice! It was two separate services which we were able to plan in the morning and afternoon on the same day so as not to cause too much disruption. The gentlemen who came in to do the service did an excellent job. As the carpets were being cleaned, he showed us the difference between the dirty spots and what had been cleaned. There was a dramatic difference from wear and tear over time. For the ducts, they took before and after photos showing how clean the ducts were after the work. They also used a disinfectant which smelled noticeably clean. The cost was a bit higher than I had planned for the duct cleaning because of the number of vents that we have, though I felt that it was worth the cost in the end to have the peace of mind that we aren't breathing in dirt and dust. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original tech responsibly called in sick with a cough, so my job was given to another team. The service took less than an hour. The two techs that provided the service were courteous throughout and asked for permission on sensitive matters like entering an occupied room.
This is a mature company and I recommend their services.

In regards to COVID-19 policy, the team was diligently working, keeping their distance and had proper PPE. The customer service is great and they always coordinate with you and work around your schedule.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking into these services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the quality of the service provided. Before and after pictures were nice to see. We noted a significant change in the quality of the air afterward. The only feedback I would offer is that when we were requesting quotes, the text messages and emails being sent by the staff was rather persistent and at times, annoying -- to the point that we nearly considered hiring someone else. We felt somewhat pressured. That said, we ultimately chose 1Cleanair and the work was done well, everything was left in pristine condition, and the staff were very friendly. We will contact 1Clean air for future services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience, I’ve had duct cleaning before from other services this was by far better then any of those. They were courteous and explained the process, wore booties and showed a before and after picture. As well I appreciated the crew lead showing some areas that have deteriorated and may need repair in the near future. I have an older home that I just purchased so that info helps me prepare for future expenses. Overall best service I have ever received for this type of work.
