Lots to choose from and the staff are great, and very helpful.

Not very helpful, came in asking for a specific wine and the salesperson just talked over me and did not really answer my questions.

A friend and I came in for a bottle and we were looking for a Foris Vineyard Moscato. There was a sales person there (he is not always there - first time i saw him there ) who was very helpful and gave suggestions on pairing and was very knowledgeable! He gave a background of the Foris Vineyard. they have a decent selection and I have on occasion patronized this location - good sales person - very knowledgeable and passionate about wines :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst customer experience I have ever had with ZYN.ca, and I truly believe if I had not flagged them as a possible scam to my credit card company, I would have never got the item I ordered, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order to be delivered in Calgary, which is listed as 3-5 days processing time before the order was shipped, I had also paid $12 for shipping and was told they would contact me to arrange shipping. After two weeks I'd had no contact from them after my initial confirmation email. I emailed them once asking for an update, and then a second time a few days later to no response at all and no further emails updating me on my shipping status. I then realised the website was likely a scam of some kind and so quickly contacted my credit card company who said I'd needes to wait an additional 14 days to ensure they did not deliver the goods or get in touch, this period lapsed and the credit card company raised a dispute with ZYN. Only two days after the dispute was raised did my bottle of champagne magically appears with no email contact or shipping information, nor did the bottle come packaged in any sort of shipping box. This has taken exactly a month from when I placed the order. I still have yet to receive any communication from this company and am certain the only reason I received my bottle was because I attempted to get my money back. Whatever people say about the in person store I have no comment on but their website and customer service is appalling, and I'm fairly certain it is a scam that online shoppers should be extremely wary of.

Lots of selection and convenient location so you can get gifts or something quick for the weekend. Me and my coworker were the only ones in the store and we didn't get any help. Not sure if it was because we weren't in suits because it was casual Friday but no one bothered to get out from behind the counter to ask if we needed any help. Even a simple hello would have added one more star to this review.

With few locations in the city. Zyn has proven that consistency in service and selection wherever you go is important. They offer online shopping with delivery. Supporting local has never felt so good. Visit this location if you're downtown and needing a bottle or two for an after office party favor. Check them out online. If visit one of their locations - all staff are very knowledgeable about what they carry and can totally help with suggestions on what to purchase. Great shop to buy wine and spirits.
