S	Sharon Quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't completely terrible, but we won't be back, and in hindsight three stars is rather generous. 5 of our 12 kids (birthday party) were in tears within the first ten minutes. They were simply too little to be strapped into the bubbles (not entirely the staff's fault, as I should have asked more questions, but they also should have forewarned us). One complained that the straps were too tight, one was trapped upside down, two were just scared and felt panicked, and one hurt his leg). I think this would be okay for children 9 or 10 and up, but this was a 7 year old's birthday party. We asked to switch activities, and were allowed to change to glow in the dark dodgeball, which they seemed to enjoy far more. My complaint is more that the staff seemed put out when requests were made, and were not very accommodating or friendly. They didn't seem concerned about the children who were upset, and again seemed more irritated by the whole situation. We also had extra time at the end once the kids had finished their pizza, but they wouldn't allow the children back into the play space as they had already set up for the next event. Overall a disappointing experience...
S	Shawn Watkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and a fun place to have a party. I took my entire staff here and the Zorbit team set up a game of dodgeball for us. It took me right back to my childhood and was an amazing time! Will definitely be back for more events.

Kids all get a really solid workout and are kept engaged. Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a different kind of sports experience for their kid(s).

C	Christine Kluczynski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time there with the kids- first time doing the nerf battle. This was a free anniversary event and we had a lot of fun. Staff were great, engaging, helpful, especially with my younger kids. Some of the nerf darts were in need of repair and I spent much of the time trying to find some that actually shot. I wish that the actual space was more than an open room with a few inflatable things to hide behind. It would make for more of a battle. They also have the zorb balls too. They look like tons of fun. My 6 year olds found even the smallest too large and they could hardly stand up. I was thankful to have only spent $5 per kid as we only stayed for 15 minutes that time. The space is cool with blacklights and they also offer the UV facepaint too. While the space is great, for larger groups, I think it would be cramped, especially the small party room area. It is a unique concept and lots of fun. I think they should consider expanding into the empty space next door that used to be Safari Science.
N	Nam Ngo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my daughter's 10th Birthday Party there, we had the Ultimate Group Battle Party. We chose the Nerf Battle, and it was so much fun. We had kids who were younger then the advised age group and they had a blast, and we had some adults including myself who seen how much fun the kids were having and joined in as well. Cheryl on the phone was very easy and nice to deal with. She answered all my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable with having the party there. Very accommodating with us bringing some of our own snacks, drinks and cake. Explained to me all the choices I had there, and was very helpful with giving a discount if we did not have the maximum amount of people playing. We arrived at the facility very early, and the crew working that afternoon was very nice to deal with, they allowed us to set things up early and were very helpful getting the games started for the kids to play. It was really nice to be in such a relaxed environment for a party with 10 kids running around. The kids were having so much fun they were surprised the time was up and it was time for pizza and cake. Again the crew just let us do our thing at our own pace and did not even mention time, or cleanup once. But once we were done with out party, they were ready to get cleaning up ASAP. All in all the atmosphere was great, the kids had a blast, all of the staffs were great, a very clean facility and a great place to play or have a party. We were coming from Hamilton with 14 people, and it was definitely worth the drive to Zorbit Sports.
