★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy place that sells trendy home decor stuff. That is in itself not a super good thing, but their lamps and sometimes their shelvings are the BEST. I love their lighting lines! The customer service is great. You have to go there often because there is always new stuff on the floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most absurd thing EVER. I come home after buying 4 wine glasses and open the box to see that 3 out of 4 glasses are STAINED WITH RED WINE. Um excuse me???? Yes you heard, 3 out of 4 glasses were not just USED and put back in the box, they also weren’t even cleaned properly to make it seem like they were new. Plus the box stank of rotten fermented grapes. Disgusting!! Yes I know I should’ve checked them before purchasing, but I was in a hurry. Its Friday night and I have guests coming over and am stuck with these!!! I honestly won’t even use them. Such a waste, very ridiculous.

However, had a bad experience today where I came to get a partial refund on something that was supposed to be 50% off and was sold to me as full price. The person working accused me of having put the sales sticker on to falsely claim the discount... and then sent me to pick up my furniture from their warehouse location around the corner, without explaining where it is or what I'm supposed to be doing (it's an unmarked door in a completely different building).. There's definitely a better way to treat customers.
