★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for about 3 years. The atmosphere and ambience is relaxing and lovely. It is not sterile and clinical like some places. Cindy is very thorough and always takes great care of me. My mother has been going to Stanley for her sciatica for 5 years and using his Gukan ointment as a successful remedy. Also they are very reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and cheerful prices with a lovely ambiance. It feels like a treat to visit Zen--but the treatments are so good and so affordable they've become part of my routine. The 75 minute Reflexology/Massage combo done by Anna has been so healing--getting me through some huge stress and some major aches and pains. Lovely people and place--feels like a neighbourhood secret because they can always get you in on short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good massages here - I went there on a weekday evening (walk-in, no appointment) and there was zero wait time! And the price is really, really reasonable - just one dollar an hour! I was really happy with my massage - they truly cover head to toe and use just the right amount of pressure. Before I went in, I was stiff as a board because I was really stressed, but I came out feeling as good as new! I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody who has some stiffness and wants to feel relaxed..
Also, I don't know about some of the other reviews saying they don't speak much English, I was able to communicate with the lady at the reception and the masseuse just fine! Highly recommended overall...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage was good however the lady massaging me used an oil my skin had an allergic reaction to! Have to take allergy meds because of that!
Her massages didn’t quite get all the stress kinks out of my neck never going there again! However the owner said if I came back they wouldn’t use that oil again so that’s a positive negative the woman couldn’t speak English properly so it was hard to understand her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went for 1 hour reflexology. Tina was good (4*) and used strong pressure and acupressure points. Monita wasn't good at all (*1) as her pressure was uneven and didn't do any reflexology. She primary rubbed oil into my skin instead of performing reflexology, despite me asking for more pressure. It was a waste of time and money. The decor was interesting and they played traditional music.

This was NOT a good use of my time or money. No one speaks English so I was half shouted at by - admittedly kind people - but I was so uncomfortable because I had no idea what was happening. Also - I spent an hour being aggressively moisturized…. There was ZERO skill involved and the quality of the massage was appalling.
Just don’t - don’t go. Pay your friend to massage you - they would probably do a better job and you’ll leave less freaked out and confused.
