★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of working with Zanron for over 18 months (give or take). They operate under strong moral values and take care of their people. Lots of room for growth with these guys and you’ll be kept busy with a steady influx of diverse work. A great company for a young engineer who hopes to gain some well rounded knowledge across multiple disciplines. It’s the small things that really count. If you join the team, be prepared to eat cake on every employees birthday. You can walk into the office and grab yourself some high quality coffee (anyone that’s been around the block knows that having decent coffee is a luxury in this industry). They have frequent company barbecues and they go all out. Christmas parties come with branded merchandise from companies like Carthartt & Learherman. All of the materialistic items are great but that’s not even the best thing about the company. Zanron has a family element that’s pretty phenomenal. Most of the people that work there are friends outside work. With all that said, they are an honest local contractor that performs quality work. The best part of it all; you are allowed to laugh while you get the work done. Ownership is not afraid to laugh and have fun with you either. Great company by good people.
