Awesome experience for Break change It was really really very great experience going to YYC. Let me illustrate my experience Appointment: Nikhil gave me direct quote including the labour cost and GST. No hiding very honest quote for the parts provided. Also went on extra mile and provide me with an appointment late in evening. Reaching at location: was easy to find with google. I reached late as my son accompanied me and I stoped to take the cash out(as I thought he would ask cash which he did not at all) Although I reached late Nikhil was smiling at door waiting for me on top of that he dropped my family to near by Tim horizons and picked us back (really not at all expected) Brakes were changed quick , before time. Nikhil took money from my cc sent a receipt online. Very professional -impressed. He does have good knowledge on his stuff. Although I still don’t feel my braking have improved post change of break pad but I am also novice so can’t comment on that. He also helped me fill air on tires showed me brake Pads as I don’t know how to identify. He is very nice and awesome guy pure professional (got to know he is an engineer actually) Loved going there will visit again for other stuff.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Went here to have my seasonal tire change done. Showed up around 2:30pm for my 3pm appointment. When I finally found someone to speak with as no one was in the make shift front area or in the shop, was asked to wait as the 2pm appointment still had not shown up, but finally did as we were speaking. Around 3:30pm finally got in. The service tech working on my tires had problems from the start. As he tried to remove the first tire from the wheel he had difficulty, he finally goes and gets someone to help him and it turned out that he didn't break the bead on both sides. Then as he goes to mount the tire to the wheel he again has problems. After he breaks the bead on the second wheel he then points out damage to the wheel and says it cannot be used. So I have him use one of the others instead. Originally two sets were already mounted so they only had to mount and balance two, which ended up being three. I finally left at 5:23pm. This was the most painful tire change I have ever experienced, and sadly the pain didn't stop there. Since having the work done one of my wheel studs has broke and needs to be replaced. When I went and checked the torque on the lugs I found them torqued at 110 ft-lbs. I didn't test them any higher. The recommended torque settings for my make/model of vehicle is 77 ft-lbs. Now I am going to have to check if any other studs have been damaged. Unless you want to be paying money for additional repairs, I would avoid coming here.

I went to this shop couple of days ago with my friend as my car has some ABS problem (2 other shops couldnt figure out the problem) 60$ and 1 hour later my car ran like butter . We played table tennis while our car was fixed (who has table tennis at a mechanical shop) .Just 1 complaint owner is really bad at playing table tennis . Very nic people. This is now my go to shop for my car services.
