D	David Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've now been taking my vehicle's to Cardinal for over 5 years now. They're reliable, professional and affordable. I'd genuinely find it difficult to reccomend any other shop. They've undertaken every vehicle I've thrown at them and I've never encountered issues with delays or customer service. They'll shoot you straight and nowadays that's becoming increasingly more difficult. If you're considering cardinal to work on your vehicle I wouldn't hesitate. Special thanks to both Taku and Takumi for dealing with my vehicles over the years. I've been a demanding customer at times and they always seem to deliver.
T	Twist One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to share my experience with Cardinal Auto Repair, I believe that in these weird times we should not only recognize but also support local businesses that provide exceptional customer service great work. My car was in the shop to get my alternator fixed, and when I first reached out to Cardinal they were offering limited time promo and it was a discount on repair services due to the pandemic, I think it was their way to help out the community. I wasn’t aware of this until I got my quote which was lower than other quotes I had received from different shops. However because of my schedule I was not able to make it to their shop right away. Takuya still honored the quote weeks later when I finally brought my car in. A week or so after I picked up the car, I had some power issues again, I emailed the shop right away and they replied promptly, ready to help with the problem. Again because of my schedule I was not able to bring the car in right away but Tak, stayed in constant communication. This afternoon I stopped by and Takumi (the other Tak) diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. Just like Takuya, Takumi was professional and awesome to deal with. It’s so good to find a trust worthy shop. They are now my go to for all my auto repair services.

The quality of work was excellent, I would take my vehicle there again. They are flexible with timing and always kept me up to date as they were working on the car.

Quick response on what needs to be done and easy to understand explanations. We are getting repairs done on a 2019 Honda Pilot and have great confidence in the results! Pictures coming soon!

Takumi explained what also needed to be done on my vehicle with no charge. Always a plus! I recommend to anyone who is looking for friendly and reasonably priced mechanics.

I was so impressed with the work completed, clean and in a timely manner. I have had many experiences with many mechanics and none have been as awesome and carefree as this. Great work great by the staff, reasonable prices, and an amazing atmosphere. Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Big ups to these guys, my moms car Just got dropped off, enough said.

Tak and his team do great work. When I brought my Lexus RX there last fall, they even diagnosed and fixed a headlight issue that I had for years and that the dealer had been unable to repair. I wholeheartedly RECOMMEND this auto shop! 5 stars.
