In a high conflict custody case, Norm demonstrated his intelligence, knowledge, experience and skill which were “simply the best”. Norm adeptly navigated the court system in a timely manner and this was a major advantage. Norm deeply understood the personalities of the people involved and what the best strategy was. Norm was kind and sympathetic and these qualities are of utmost importance when dealing with care and control of a young child. Norm personally understands the father’s point of view and also, as in my experience, he truly understands the mother and her concerns regarding a young child.. He knows how high the stakes are in a contested custody situation. I believe that Norm makes the world a better place on a daily basis by helping people through a difficult time in their lives.
