My family and I ordered delivery today for Lunar New Year and while service was fast, the food was extremely disappointing and overpriced for what we got. The XLBs had basically no soup in them (seriously, how can you call them a soup dumpling when they are so dry?), the kung pao chicken was basically all peanuts and very, very little chicken, the “golden shrimp balls” tasted old and were completely soggy—this was especially disappointing considering they were $20.99! Also, don’t waste your time with their so-called truffle dumplings…there is absolutely no truffle flavour to them at all. Everything also arrived cold, which shouldn’t have been the case since we are a less than 20 minute drive from the restaurant. The only saving grace of this meal was that the kung pao chicken was well seasoned and actually had a nice spice to it without being overwhelming. But again, for $15.99 the majority of the dish shouldn’t be peanuts!

The soup dumplings are delicious. I would pass on the huge dumpling with the shrimps inside (too expensive and not great). The pot stickers were delicious.

Don't know why there are 1 star reviews on here. The food was great! Very close to the quality in Shanghai (been living in Shanghai for 20 years) I've been here 3 weekends in a row. The service is excellent. The staff was friendly and kind. The beef noodle is worth a try!

Great job marketing company on the fake 5 star reviews, perhaps put some effort on the food instead? I was warned by Shanghaiese friend food is not good here, I regret not listening to them hoping to believe some great reviews here, which ended up are all fake. Worst soup dumplings I've ever had in my life, not kidding. The pork inside is not finely minced only but like a paste of fat. Disgusting! Savory soy milk was missing chili oil and pickled veggie, not little, there was none at all. And the dried baby shrimp, only 3!!! In the entire 1L soy milk. Of course couldn't taste them. It was basically just seaweed and soy milk with 3 dried baby shrimps... The pan seared buns were surprisingly good, only eatable dish imo. Braised marinate duck was way too sweet. Will not return for sure, money wasted.

We ordered xaiolongbao and pot stickers. Both are very good. Highly recommended. However, the other dishes were very disappointed. The Braised sweet pork belly and salty Soy Milk are both much below my expectations.

Came here after a restaurant nearby was too busy. This place was clearly either new or recently renovated. There was only one man working the tables, orders and phone calls, which was fine considering the restaurant wasn’t busy. A lot of the dishes we wanted were apparently out of stock which was questionable and surprising. The waiter instead offered us other items on the menu; some of which were decent and others were just ok. The entire meal itself was pretty mediocre and overall service was good. Wouldn’t necessarily come back, but I wouldn’t be opposed if I had to.

Not as good as the one in Richmond Hill. The braised sweet pork belly portion here is small and the color was not appetizing. I tried the beef curry soup, the beef was really hard and dry. It was like cooked long time ago and just placed like a topping on the soup. But the rest of the orders were just fine. Serving per order was a bit small compared to other Chinese restaurants. The guy who took our order was very attentive and courteous. The ambiance is good.
