★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying from this location roughly 7 - 8 years ago, before they open more franchise in other locations.
The taste is always good, just recently it's a little over-priced (comparing with previous of course).
But I noticed that they raised the price since another duck-neck shop opened just almost next door. And the other's shop's price is way way higher than Kung Fu's. After that, they raised the price, which is reasonable.
I am not an everyday buyer so pay this price and get something I really want occasionally is totally fine for me.
