◦My wife and I recently bought a secondhand class B motorhome.
◦We booked an inspection and servicing appointment with friendly and accommodating AJ.
◦As we were newbies, we also arranged for an instruction session to familiarize ourselves with the RV’s operations. Adam, who had done the servicing and repairs, was very efficient, thorough and patient with us during the familiarization session. We were very pleased with their service. 
◦To top it all off, we had to call them a few weeks later from the southern US as we were having a few difficulties with our RV.
◦Adam must’ve spent a half an hour on the phone walking us through our problems one by one and solving them.
◦We can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating and being so good at their profession.
◦Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly recommend! This was my first dealings with RVDoctor here and from start to finish it was fantastic. Charlotte, who answered the phone was efficient and amazing on the phone. Trying to troubleshoot the problem before a home visit was required. Then the tech, AJ, actually fixed the issue(water pump) in less than 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. And a very low service charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all he wouldn't even come here at -12 to fix our heat with newborn puppies in RV unless I gave him 500.00 from MC when I said I would etransfer money...so good they come 5 hours later...fix heat or so I thought and presented a bill for 1120.00 ok fine thought he already took 500.00 but he tried to take 1120.00 didn't work...after MC blocked him thinking scam ...meantime furnace wakes me up 230am making lots of noise and no heat again...I call him...tell him not working...he wants payment so I etransfer original 500.00 and tell him when furnace is fixed properly he could get the rest of the money before he even leaves...this guy AJ has been so rude and disrespectfull through this whole ordeal...so it's been 4hrs now so I said I would call someone else to fix his shoddy work giving him the choice to come back...he called my husband and said he's not coming...so now I have to call someone else to fix his mess and he better not come after me for the 621.00 I will have to pay someone else...PLEASE do not call these people...horrible business practice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My RV fridge and freezer were not working so I made an appointment with them. The young guy showed me the thermister wasn't working and told me to take it back in two days. They called me later that day to say it had been fixed and was now in there way so I needed to pick It up asap. When I got there the only thing frozen was a frozen bottle of water none of the ice packs were frozen. Over the next couple of day the bottle of water thawed so I contacted them. A.j., the owner started shouting at me over the phone telling me i was wrong but to take it back. I did this and the following day I got a very curt text telling me it was fixed and to pick it up immediately as it was in the way. When I got there nothing in the freezer was frozen and when I pointed this out to AJ he started shouting loudly at me so fearing for my safety I left with my trailer.
I'm a senior so three younger men standing in my space with one of them was very intimidating so I will never go anywhere near them again
