He was very responsive and always gave us his honest opinion when we shared potential listings as we were trying to narrow in on our vision for our family's future. K	Karim Elsherif (Athlete100X) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i can give this real estate zero stars for his work. 8 months with this guy trying to find a house, i was doing all the search and for him only the scheduling for the viewing, the only places he could find us is an actual garbage. So i started looking by myself and send him listings to view. After few viewing and offers here and there I lost hope of finding anything. His bad negotiation skills lead to more money on us not less. It was the worst experience I could ever have with a real estate. After a month of giving up on finding anything with him I could find a deal and because he was my real estate I involved him so he can deal with the other real estate. And ended up losing the deal after 6 whole months of back and forth. I blame him for his lack of knowledge manuplated (not me ) but I think when he negotiated the other party ended up adding more money on us and eventually losing the deal. I will never ever recommend this guy to anyone in anytime.
