★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Sam McDadi did get our property sold we were disappointed with the level of service we obtained. It felt like our agent Sean Johnny did the minimum required, we had to set up the house for each viewing, minimal staging, no attendance once by the selling agent, poor communication and an attitude of ‘just get the deal done’ is what we experienced. No after sales attention, close and gone! We do not recommend this agent.

Evelyn explained clearly all the details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition, she was extremely responsive to every one of our questions, no matter how small. Evelyn made our home selling process easy and smooth. We will definitely refer family and friends to Evelyn in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Sam McDadi by email early in April about a lease they had posted. I immediately received a phone call from Delores Hanson and that is where our journey began. We toured many for lease homes in the Oakville/ Burlington area without luck. At that point we discussed the idea of purchasing instead. Delores gave me her true opinion of worth in a market that has no boundaries at this time. She respected my budget and never let me dream beyond my means. One week later I’m a home owner!!
Delores never made me feel like she was too busy to take the time to show me properties, at times more then once. I truly believe that she envisioned me in the property that I chose and helped me make a dream a reality.

Our home sold in one day well over the asking price and within the week of selling ours we had rented a house with Ciro's help. I have nothing but praise for him.
