★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We do not have enough great things to say about Ray. We approached him a few months ago with a dream to find our forever home but were apprehensive given the increasingly competitive market.
He took the time to understand our list of 'must-haves' and helped us formulate a plan to tackle the 'seller's market' so that we didn't have to give up all of our buyer's rights. He was patient as we viewed multiple properties and never rushed us to make a decision. This ultimately helped us land the perfect home for our family!
In parallel to hunting for a new home, Ray gave us a courtesy assessment of our existing property and gave us his expert advice on how to prepare the home for sale. Once we purchased our new property, he acted quickly to get our existing home on the market and was able to coordinate all the great marketing material (professional home photos and video) in a short period of time. Ray appropriately priced our home so that we were able to get over 33+ showings in a 5-day window and he was able to bring us 6 competitive offers on offer presentation day. This culminated in getting over $150K on our asking price – above and beyond our expectations!
Ray went above and beyond to help us find our forever home and made sure we got top dollar for our property. We could not be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Ray for all your home buying and selling needs!

Ray gained my trust instantly and produced results that exceeded my expectation.
