He was referred to us by one of our close friends and came with a high recommendation. We entered the market during the crazy COVID market when the inventory was limited and every listing came with intense bidding wars. I was pretty firm on the maximum amount that I wanted to spend on a property. He was respective of my financial limitation and never tried pushing me over what I could afford or drive me to panic buy. Being much more experienced than us he did nudge in the right direction when he saw great future potential in a property and helped us stay away from properties that seemed to over-priced. He was very patient with us with us through our search which lasted for almost 6 months, never being too forceful and letting us use our discretion. He was very prompt to book showings for properties as soon as they got listed.
