Yorkton Animal Health Centre was established in 2009 when Dr. Slipiec purchased Animal Management Services & Pet Clinic from the previous owner. It has existed as a veterinary clinic since 1975, in various forms.
Yorkton Animal Health Centre provides care for small and large animals. 90% of patients seen are small animals such as dogs and cats. The large animal component is mostly beef cattle. Through the years the clinic has grown and adjusted to the needs of its patients and clientele and will continue to acclimate to future changes as they arise.
Yorkton Animal Health Centre’s goal is to help you and your pet have the happiest, healthiest life together.
For large animal clients, our goal is to help improve your productivity and profitability through assistance with education, preventative medicine and best management practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made call to ask about dental work. Asked if there was a way to give me an estimate over the phone. She said not till she seen the animal and was charged for a consultation. 5 other vets gave me an estimate right over the phone telling me dental work is basic from start to finish $100 separation. The lady here said could be up to $1800 that she can’t give estimate. I calmly replied a few other dentists were able to give an estimate like ballpark what’s basic work. She said got to them then and hung up on me! Very poor professionalism!!

The care and kindness was amazing even including a follow up call to see how our dog was doing. We highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
