Malheureusement, le paiement via Interac a été pris deux fois dans notre compte et nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursé. Nous avons appelé l'entreprise et nous nous sommes présenté 2 fois pour le remboursement et toujours rien. On nous dit que c'est la faute de Interac et que plusieurs client ont eu ce problème la même journée. Nous sommes victime d'un problème entre le commerçant et Interac. Comme service client c'est très très décevant et ne nous incite pas à retourner faire d'autre achat.
 “It has now been 7 days since we made a purchase for our animals. Unfortunately, the payment via Interac was taken twice from our account and we still have not been reimbursed. We called the company and showed up twice for the refund and still nothing. We are told that it is Interac's fault and that several customers had this problem on the same day. We are the victim of a problem between the merchant and Interac. As for customer service, it is very, very disappointing and does not encourage us to return to make another purchase.
