★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had good service before but because of COVID, they became nonexistent. Why does it take so long for them to get back to me? the voicemail told me to wait 24 hours for them to call back but I have waited a WEEK. Im getting frustrated here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is horrible here! They treat you like your on parole and I don't have any record. But because it's in Jane & Finch they treat you like trash especially Elizabeth Lascano. They say they will get back to you and never do. If you ask for anything outside just your general payment, they'll bite your head off. My worker is non existant and just claims she has too many clients.You're DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES! Sometimes they're just trying to talk to you and find a place of comfort. I'm sure there might be a couple that are fine. But my experience has been horrible.

Unprofessional so bad the stress just wanna make u give up bc these case worker shouldn't be working with 9dsp people bc some people have some serious problem and instead of having peace of mind you end up chasing you own case worker for month and now tomorrow which is 28 feb I'm not gonna receive anything and me who already have serious problem just go crazy.. think qbout mental breakdown of someone before give then a worker that don't care and do not take us people seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a terrible and unprofessional place! Its sad that the government has not shut down this office for the unprofessional people that work their.
I have been saying this for years! They make qo many mistakes and then the clients (who are human beings also) have to pay for their mistakes!. Caseworker are not better than their clients. All they are are individuals who hold a piece of paper.They need to get more training in how to speak to people. I wish I could be a case worker, without having to pay for the schooling. I have all the experience, but I just don't have it on.paper. sometimes having actually experience rather than just a paper is more valuable. Anyone can be trained to do computer work, not not everyone can be trained or have the experience to help those on government assistance.
