I	Ilana Katz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Dr. Jess as my birth doula for my third baby. I had birthed all my babies with midwives but this was the first time I also had a doula. I seriously have NO idea how I ever did it without her! First of all, Dr. Jess is the loveliest, kindest, person ever with such a calm and beautiful energy. Second, she is a powerhouse of support during birth! So knowledgeable, supportive, 100% focused on everything I needed. She was a huge help to not only me, but my husband as well. Being a Naturopathic Doctor she has a huge tool belt to pull from including acupuncture, tinctures, herbs, oils and more to help with the pregnancy, birth and postpartum, plus a TON of knowledge. My birth took a very unexpected turn and Dr. Jess was a huge asset to the whole team, working beautifully with my midwives. After birth she was there to help support my recovery. I can’t recommend her enough. I would never have another baby without her. ♥️
C	Caitlyn Di Nanno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Dr Jessica in 2017 as a naturopath patient, coincidentally I had just found out I was pregnant the morning of my first appointment with her. As soon as I met her I felt her caring energy and was impressed by just how knowledgeable she was and so I knew I wanted to hire her as my doula. I am now a Mom of two and having Jess as my doula was one of the best decisions I made for both of my births. Throughout both of my pregnancies she guided and supported me in making decisions that were best for my babies and I. She is a wealth of information of all things pregnancy and birth and she assisted me in preparing for birth in the weeks and months prior, as well as helped me to create my birth preferences/ plan. Throughout both of my labours she guided and coached me while gently reminding me of my goals and keeping my mind on track. She supported me and kept me calm and comfortable. She also used many naturopathic remedies (acupuncture, homeopathics, etc) and guided me through different things I could do to help progress, as well as to help relieve discomfort. She was also an incredible support to my husband and assisted him in supporting me and made sure he was taken care of too. Jess helped me to initiate breastfeeding by guiding me in latching my first baby. She also visited our home in the days after both of my births and regularly checked in on us. She was always available to answer any questions I had too. I am so grateful to have had her presence during both of my pregnancies, labours and postpartum journeys and couldn’t have imagined them without her. I highly recommend her to anyone about to embark on their journey into motherhood.

I knew immediately I wanted Dr. Jessica to be my doula as well. Her knowledge, advice, mental, and emotional support were astounding. She was always available when I had a questions or a concern, and responded promptly. Even through the craziness of this pandemic, she was able to help me stay focused and calm. Her help over the phone (emotionally and mentally) helped me navigate my birth. I cannot stress how wonderful it was to have her "by my side". Her visits postpartum were also so, so needed and welcomed. I will definitely be working with her again for hopefully baby #2! THANK YOUUUU!

Dr. Jessica helped support me through the entire process, and my husband and I just gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby.
