J	Jasmine Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was alright. It's nice because it's new and has windows on the main level to catch the outdoor view. However, it was small and designed like a Windermere house. Did not seem like an entertaining spot but, more of a house. There's also such a divide and not so much of an open concept. There's an upstairs that looks like a house of a 2nd floor. That was very divided upstairs into 3 separate rooms and not enough windows minus 1 room. Didn't see any speakers for music or any TVs for slideshows/games etc. I just feel like this place could have overall been easily designed better. It wasn't that practical for an event setting. Also pretty cramped inside (again like a house). If they opened up the divides and maybe higher ceilings it might have been better. Basically, it's cool for a small party. The ladies in the office upstairs were quite nice however and welcoming. Bathroom signs were not clear to show where they were as you had to go through a kitchen/prepping area and around the corner. Also, if your program is in the later evening (after 6 in the winter) you don't get to experience the views that are around the area. Such a shame, location was neat but, design was quite odd. Looks nice from the outside! But, looks can be deceiving.

Very cramped and not as open as the pictures appear and it was quite pricey for what turned out to be a small closed up room. The person working there was ordering my son around to carry chairs up and down himself and kept imposing on my daughter’s party calling me out with a pointed finger to tell me whatever we were doing wrong (no candles allowed and accused these decent girls of smoking which was very false. I would NEVER even allow that!) So yeah, not pleasant at all and way to expensive for what it is
S	Sheryl Tucker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a waste of my time! Spent almost two weeks trying to organize use of this venue for my wedding via email and the contact person was less than helpful. Most emails were short responses with no helpful suggestions or any hint of customer service.... First of all, the rates given to us at the open house were different than what the consultant quoted us in the email. Then while trying to work the venue into our budget we would request a date and would be told it was not available, with no follow up on other possible dates. Most other venues I've contacted will at least give other options of other available dates. It would take sometimes more than two days to get a response....at least they gave me a prompt request when I told them I would find a new venue. Twice I requested someone call me back so I could speak to someone to cut down on how much time it was taking to sort out the details and got no response.... Poor customer service. Long response times. Would not recommend booking with them.
B	Bre Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointing experience. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Everything from booking, to set up and then the end of the event was chaotic and completely unorganized. Every time we would contact them, we would be working with someone different. I think we worked with 3 different girls by the end of it, which I'm sure is apart of the chaos that ensued. We paid an additional 150$ for our tables and chairs to be set up and taken down, and when we arrived to the venue the place wasn't set up. We sent a map with an exact layout to make sure that there was no confusion. My partner and I ended up moving chairs and tables from the basement, just to set up our event. Our 'hostess' was scheduled incorrectly, so she was late while I had deliveries coming. The projector wasn't set up, it took a hour for the hostess to find it. We also weren't able to use the fireplace, because there were no batteries in the entire house to put in the remote. There is no room for caters, not even soap is available for us. Our caters literally had to bring dish soap just to clean the place with. The house is pretty, sure. But the hassle of setting this up, was not even remotely close to worth it. I wouldn't recommend this as a venue to anyone. It was incredibly disappointing.
