Work done was not good and I'm switching my family elsewhere. In response to your response: i am a patient and just because you and your staff create fake 5 star reviews (see above) does not make me have the "wrong office". If you knew your patients well you would not have to reply the same generic reply when they are not happy. Work on your people skills and perhaps patients wont leave.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jeff Glaizel for 4-5 years now and I don't think I'll ever "cheat" on his team. They are the best! My orthodontist has recommended Dr. Glaizel as an honest, experienced and professional dentist who can explain things to me, not just shake the money out of my insurance. My previous dentist (who is in the top 20 dentists in Toronto according to ratemds) was magically finding more and more cavities in my teeth after each visit. Dr. Glaizel doesn't do such tricks. He doesn't "create" fake cavities. I know I can trust him. I am also very happy that an amazing dental hygienist is working here. Her name is Brittney and she is super gentle and diligent! I really enjoy every appointment with her. I do recommend Yonge And York Mills Dental Centre to all my friends and family and I can't believe all the negative reviews are about THIS dental office.

Explains each procedure thoroughly so you know what to expect. The hygienists are friendly and professional also. I would recommend this practice to anybody!

Dr. Jeff is knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, funny and man is he great with his patients and staff. Every time I visit the clinic, I am greeted with warm and loving people in a nice clean environment. No matter how big or small the issue, Dr. Jeff works with me take care of it. He is the best... Going to the dentist is always a treat... I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Jeff and the Yonge And York Mills Dental Centre Family taking care of me... Dr. Jeff... You are a Rockstars!!!

Everyone that works there is not only professional and efficient, but kind and welcoming as ever. I can’t comprehend the negative reviews here. Jeff is honest, upfront and realistic. I commute almost an hour to see him and his team - they are that good and I value our relationship. He is good at his job, personable, and won’t mess around - if it needs a specialist, he will refer you to one instead of attempting to do the work himself (if he isn’t an expert). He and his team really provide a wholistic experience and are constantly focused on making patients feel comfortable. My first Post-COVID experience was incredibly positive. I don’t think I’ve felt safer in a public space. They are making the process really easy and comfortable for patients, despite the many, many new dental regulations.

LOOK NO FURTHER. Had my first visit today, booked in advance. Everyone from the office manager, the hygienists, through to the doctor himself displayed the utmost level of hospitality and professionalism. It very well may be the best dentist experience I've experienced since I was a child (when N64 was in the waiting room), with regards to exceeding my expectations, including the level of accurate feedback, level of comfort, and services delivered. Dr. Jeff has raised the bar for me and I would recommend this place all day. Jocelyn, the office manager, will go above and beyond to ensure you're expectations are managed and you're aware of every measure in place. The hygienists do a thorough job and explain everything, but a above all, they make you feel comfortable. This is paramount in my opinion. Visiting Dr.Jeff is like visiting an old friend that knows every about your mouth, and will identify what you "need" vs what "would be good". Context: Have had cleanings from a dozen separate practices between downtown Toronto and Scarborough over the last decade.
