★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They like cold yoga here so wear a long sleeve shirt & pants if you’re lucky you might be able to take off your socks. Heck of a lot of cancellations and substitutes here of the 1-2 class (es) a day. Driving 20 minutes to get here from a rental in Sechelt and finding class is canceled again is not my idea of fun - posting cancellations and substitutes on the website would be polite. I know it’s a small town and I’m grateful they even have yoga but they can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga By The Sea is welcoming and unpretentious. This yoga studio has something for everyone and you can see that in the diversity of the people attending yoga classes. A true sense of community lives here. I always leave feeling grounded and grateful that such a space exists. Leslie, whose Saturday morning class I attend as much as possible, is an intuitive and lovely teacher. Everyone else I have taken a class with has been wonderful. Thank you!
