★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, Extremely rude staff, Lack of YMCA services knowledge. I went to this location, just to confirm my French Class LINC enrollment. Though , this center do not have French assessment facility but still they can assist candidates to get admission for LINC classes or guide whom to contact. Instead of that, lady over reception replied that "it cannot be possible here" Before she finishes. another person from Staff members jumped into conversation and Yelled in a frustration that "We don't provide such service, go other location", i felt like, i did terrible mistake asking this question. that guy seems recent immigrant and may be carrying hate and anger for some reason. Staff at this location should be trained to understand what Courtesy and customer service means or Laid off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for MONTHS they never sent me on any interviews . They consistely gave me the run around and acted unprofessionally. I went there wanting help and the only thing they really helped with was my resume which was even a great format anyways. Would not recommend I went to another agency and within days I had an interview and a week later I had a job. Don’t waste your time going here. If I could give negative stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my language assessment yesterday and trust me...it was one of my best experiences in canada.Karen, my assessor was sooo friendly and welcoming and gave me all the informations that i needed in detail and very clearly. She was super cool and knowledgable too.Theres even a small play room for kids that helped my hubby to get my 18 month old daughter engaged while i was doing my test. I scored well too.We left the place with a big smile on our faces.I think that tells everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YMCA in 1530 Albion Road is an excellent center for new comer. Today I had my language assessment. The process was smooth, run in time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Specialist advisor Ms. Mariana is very knowledgeable, informative and professional. She gave us clear guide and answering all our questions clearly. I highly recommend this center for new immigrant when ever they need help regarding language, Job search....etc

I told them I needed a job then and had a work permit, the person on the line told me they were focused on permanent residents and citizens.
Although she told me I could come for their job fair but it does not still give you the 100% guarantee that the job would be given to you since they were focused on permanent residents and citizens.
