★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I walk through the doors, I'm greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The facility is always clean and programs are run smoothly. As a mother of 5 children, it's a great place for the family to have fun together. I'm eagerly awaiting when all areas are reopened (hot tub, sauna, etc.) and classes such as gymnastics and karate resume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is the perfect temp, the sauna gets you sweating fast, and the hot tub is hot. They also have a steam room too. They've got a great cardio and turf section. The weights and machines are ok. Overall probably my favorite Y

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the YMCA I used to go back in Cape Breton all the time and worked out played squash and basketball also enjoyed swimming and the workout gym most of all but my only complaint is they aren't open late enough ! So thats why they get 4 stars please open back up till 10pm during the week and 7 pm on weekends !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to the YMCA and to see the team at the Talbot trail Physiotherapy. I just had knee replacement surgery March 17th. The great, friendly and helpful staff set me up for 8 visits over the next 6 weeks. I look forward to getting moving again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are friendly and encouraging. The programs scale well for level and intensity. The environment is respectful and safe. The equipment is well maintained. The music keeps the energy up. I absolutely love programs at the Y!
