Thank you for always being reliable, pleasant and caring during this pandemic. I was losing faith in our healthcare system and Dr's because they all avoid seeing patients. This can be tough with young children. The St Thomas hospital and the staff have reassured me that their are still healthcare workers that care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head nurse wasn’t the friendliest, and I overheard a couple doctors say that it’s “ridiculous” (and called them ridiculous) for the amount of suicidal people they had in… I thought a hospital was supposed to be a comfortable place for those that need help? how are we supposed to feel comfortable when some of the staff are judgemental and rude?
There was ONE nurse who was actually nice. wish I got her name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to emerg a few times this month with my two young children and have experienced the most kind and professional nurses and doctors. In my most recent visit we saw Dr. Evens who gave down to earth advice as a doctor and a parent. Then he followed up a day later via phone to make sure my son was okay. Top notch is all I can say. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father went in to emerg and tested negative for covid. Two weeks later he was still in the hospital and he tested positive. Never got an answer as to who he got it from. The same week he tested positive the hospital discharged him with no plan of action.he could barley walk and was on oxygen 24/7 He died two weeks later. The hospital was little to no help, care was poor and communication wasn’t existent. If you can, drive to London.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questionable protocol by staff before you can enter the emergency room to see the triage nurse. A person that says they are double vaccinated has to show proof while a person that states they aren't vaccinated gets let right in without hassle.
Nurses and doctors did a adequate job.

Most recently as I could not get any help in London, I made a call....
The person that answered my call was friendly and welcoming.
When I arrived the process was seamless. I was attended by a doctor in a timely matter and on my way.Thank you to all involved.

Waited 10 seconds for the test administrator who is so professional & downright a happy person! Out in 2 minutes! Full credit to the individual(s) that set this up! Perfect process with the right persons to deliver! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't in the best shape when I arrived by taxi. I didn't wait in line. A lovely young woman walked me to the x-ray department. The x-ray tech talked sweetly and maneuvered me gently. As she took many painful x-ray pics.
I knew it was going to be very painful. But she made my tough time so much easier. She offered to help me get dressed and made sure I was all set too go. She even helped me find my way back out...lol
It was so nice to be treated with such kindness and care. At a time I needed it the most. All the staff was AMAZING!!!
I definitely recommend their services!!
