D	Denise Donald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here used to be good when it was Lee's. Now that it is Yin's, the quality of the food has gone way down. The staff insist it is the same recipes but it's not or it's just that the ingredients are not the same quality. I have eaten there a few times before this review to try to give them a chance to improve since taking it over. Tonight was the last time. They did not get the order right. Take out food and we did not get one of the dishes we ordered and there was no sauce for the Su guy almond. So it was chicken. If you just want chicken balls and rice and aren't looking for good flavour then this will do. I prefer delicious and fresh. The one star is for their staff who are always nice but sadly the food needs to improve.

The chicken was good quality and fried well however. The sauce was very unappealing. To the point I didn’t eat any. Their shanghai noodle is 30% good. The noodle is well cooked and veg is crisp and that’s about it I think..sauce tastes like saliva and msg. (Even if I did order vegetarian) Also the meat is dry and flavourless. There’s no doubt these two items were not worth $30.00 today. Thanks, Amanda

However, 2018 we tried it again, wanting to support local, and boy were we surprised and happy. The food was amazing, better than ever. Chicken dishes were fresh, Vegetables were crisp, Shrimp was amazing (and larger then ever, Bonus!), Egg rolls were on point, and the sauces/gravy seemed better than ever. We have gotten their food for 2 weekends in a row now, and I am happy to say, its the first time in a while leftovers were all gone by lunch the next day. 10/10 Yin's, glad you are in Dover, and we will happily order from you every time.

Spotless inside, proprietors were welcoming, nice selection, food cleanly packaged and solid storage containers. Food was piping hot when I got home. All selections delicious, and properly cooked. No need to eat Chinese anywhere else. Lots of leftovers. Place is a winner. Lucy to have this establishment in Port Dover. We'll be back
