I think I have occasionally mentioned to you the positive effects I have experienced since starting Yoga with you, but it registered more than ever over the past week during my relentless journey through this prime season yard maintenance phase.
Pre-Yoga, I could do maybe 3-4 hours but paid the price with a day on the couch afterwards. This week involved a minimum of 3 hours, with the day before yesterday at 5 hours and yesterday topping out at 7 hours of ground work and ladder work. I didn't require day breaks in between and felt only a bit of stiffness and little bit of back ache. WOW!!!! Soooo happy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the class teacher (it was a beautiful restorative class that she led), but beforehand she introduced me to the owner who honestly barely said hello and didn't smile or really acknowledge the introduction before class or when I said thank you on the way out. When you're new to a studio and you're a little nervous, warmth and kindness can really go a long way. I'm going to try another studio!
