★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute scam of a company. They sell your business name and number to every 3rd party who comes along. Only getting calls from other advertisers across Canada asking for me to advertise with them. Been with them almost a year and haven't gotten a single sale out of it. Hangup fast when these scammers call your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Post a free ad, but avoid the paid ad service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU TO CANEL - I asked to cancel and they ended up charging me another $71, when at the beginning they stated they would only charge $10/ month. Additionally, I got almost NO TRAFFIC from the advertising, so I had to do extra work to pay for these scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT work with this company. They will promise you the world but don't deliver. Website creation, while finally very good, took over a month to complete. Privacy issues (like publishing your residential address) on Google that cannot be removed. Won't use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH YELLOW PAGES. This company has AWFUL customer practices. I have been trying for over a year to cancel my advertisement account. I both called and emailed to them that I did not want my contract auto-renewed within the time frame asked for, they renewed it anyway and now I have to pay for another full year ($140 a month) with no way to get out. They will hold you in a contract, not let you out, auto-renew it, they wont let you speak to anyone other then the help line, when I made a claim, they cancelled it. I have spoken to over 10 agents and they all say that it is not their issue and that I am not allowed to speak to their manager about it. Horrible business and a SCAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst company to deal with. Requested a cancellation of service prior to renewal but was renewed anyways. (No contract). Now they need to refund but had to open another “claim”when this could all have been avoided. Multiple cancellation confirmations was sent to me yet 7 months later with numerous claims and phone calls, it is still not cancelled. On top of that, the company name was listed incorrectly, still has not been fixed since May of 2018. I am not quite sure why they would confirm to cancel yet continue charging ($160/month) and why it’s taking over 9 months. I am sure the refund claim will take another 2 years...can anyone please advise on this?

Not worth a penny ! They increase their fee without your consent and when you call to cancel they trap you for additional 3 months of payment that you have never agreed!
No one ever mentioned finding my office through Yellow pages in the last 2 years !
