I had an appointment for 4:15. I was early and the receptionist accommodated me 15 minutes early (tricky to do with Covid protocols). The receptionist was nothing but friendly and the other employee was helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process took about ten minutes. Efficient, friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

If you're overseas and wanting to do fingerprints, make sure it is electronic. If not, you will be waiting a long time to have them tell you it is not adequate enough and it is very time consuming. I had a woman named Amy that was patient and understanding during my process and she was honest and helpful, I thank you. Thank you XL-ID Solutions for getting my fingerprints sent to the RCMP and sent back to me in less than a week! --- I am not sure why the owner is replying back with a response excuse to everyone who writes comments as though he cannot take a non 5 star review. First off, I did send a passport photo that was taken by the post office here in Australia. It was not a social media photo - I am not sure what you're talking about. Also, I did use the free service email to send my fingerprints.. PLEASE do not say otherwise, you're lying to the public. I sent in my fingerprints 4 times by email to have your staff say to send me they MAY seem to be of acceptable quality. This is why I thank AMY because she went out of her way to let me know that they weren't of acceptable quality and to not send them through because they were not going to get processed. hence me sending an email once again to your staff, upset, because someone had said to me they MAY be of acceptable quality and I had already sent them through DHL post which cost me $100. Then an email was sent again, to let me know that the email said they MAY be of acceptable quality and that it wasn't the companies fault if they couldn't accept them. Which is FAIR enough, I understand these situations are tricky, as we're getting fingerprints from overseas. This is why I am giving feedback to the public. As an owner, you should thank the public for even giving you 3 star review, instead of nit picking as to why someone is giving you a lower review than 5 stars. I'm presuming you're a mature adult and you don't need to find excuses that are untrue to deter the public in not believing someone who has paid your company over $500 to get her fingerprints. It did take a very long time - which I was patient and understanding throughout the process but your statements are untrue and I do not appreciate lies.

I can make appointment right away. Ladies are very helpful in the office. Quick access and easy to find the office.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FINGER PRINT Went to this location because it's near my house. The finger print machine did not function properly and it took the person over an hour to take my finger prints, which was not accepted as a document in the end. When I contacted them they said that we would do it again with no charge, but when I showed up the staff were extremely rude and told me that their machine is fine and the problem is my fingers. They also ended up asking for a second payment. I don't know how they run their business, but it's not okay to provide poor quality service just to charge people twice.

I would highly recommend XL ID for fingerprinting. I got my finger prints done in Australia where a police check was necessary for applying for a visa here, I was nervous because I didn’t know how long it would take / if it would be correct etc. XL ID sends you a step by step list on exactly what you need to do which was very straight forward and helpful, they also recommend you take photos of the finger prints before sending them in the mail so they can verify that everything is good to go- of course I did this and they replied to me literally within minutes in both instances I reached out to them. I send my fingerprints express so they got to Canada quite quickly, they send you confirmation of when they receive them and when they are processing. I just got my certificate sent to me via email ( an extra you can pay for ) and I think the turnaround was only about 3 weeks. 5 star customer service, I will always recommend them to my Canadian friends!
