★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service non professionnel (radio qui fonctionne durant la rencontre, la personne mâchait de la gomme, délais de 20 minutes, manque de courtoisie durant la prise d'empreintes).
Unprofessional service (radio working during the meeting, the person chewed gum, delays of 20 minutes, lack of courtesy during taking impressions).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire expérience à vie. D'autres endroits offrent les mêmes services et je vous conseille très fortement de les considérer et d'y aller. Éviter Identité Québec Sherbrooke. La dame qui y travaille est irrespectueuse, désagréable et condescendante. Service à la clientèle horrible (refus de servir parce que la personne à une limitation qui ne l'empêche en rien de recevoir le service pour lequel il se présente, aucune solution n'est proposée et zéro, zéro empathie c'est plutôt l'inverse) et les supérieurs ne veulent rien entendre sur le service/l'employée(!!) afin d'y apporter des améliorations. Et, en parlant d'améliorations, à lire les nombreux commentaires disons qu'ils y auraient beaucoup de place à amélioration là-bas! Bref, rendez-vous service et aller ailleurs, ne perdez pas votre temps davantage.
Worst experience ever. Other places offer the same services and I strongly advise you to consider them and go there. Avoid Identity Quebec Sherbrooke. The lady who works there is disrespectful, unpleasant and condescending. Horrible customer service (refusal to serve because the person has a limitation that does not prevent him from receiving the service for which he presents himself, no solution is offered and zero, zero empathy it is rather the reverse) and superiors don't want to hear anything about the service/employee(!!) in order to make improvements. And, speaking of improvements, reading the many comments there would be a lot of room for improvement there! In short, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, don't waste your time any further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service overall. The office is only open once or twice a week and they don't have the digital fingerprint scanner there. Also:
1. They gave false assurances, e.g. "we're better than the police" and being able to meet a deadline, in order for you to engage their service, and then they fail to deliver.
2. They submitted my fingerprints to the RCMP belatedly - 5 days after they were taken - and this was only after I had made 2 follow-up phone calls to them to ask for the file reference no. (DCN).
3. They got a trainee to take my fingerprints, who was neither experienced nor qualified, and this was done without the supervision of an experienced technician. Unsurprisingly, she did so poorly.
4. They submitted the poorly taken fingerprints to the RCMP despite knowing that the quality was low and the submission would be rejected.
5. After finding out that the submission was unsuccessful, they told me that I needed to pay them again, full price, for another submission.
6. I wrote to them about my complaints but they did not even bother to reply.
Don't waste your money on them. Go elsewhere.
