★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how they saved my laptop. I travelled with my poor Lenovo across 14 countries from Europe, Africa, and South America. Doing photography and heavy editing on it in places like the Sahara Desert and the Amazon jungle. It finally gave out on me after many drops, screen cracks etc. while I was working at a remote elephant sanctuary in Thailand. Honestly couldn't believe my laptop didn't die sooner. But with all that damage, I expected to just get a backup of my files from the harddrive, instead they went and revamped the whole cooling system, and now I'm writing this review from this poor little guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why other people have had such trouble. The owner was very nice and went out of his way to fix my business computer right away. He came to my office after he closed shop and then dealt with my issue. His price was reasonable. Do support one-man outfits and mom-and-pop shops like this one. These folks work hard for their money and do their best to please customers. If a problem like this arises again, I'm going right back to Xingco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop couldn't be charged after plugged in. Brought it to Bestbuy and was told that the testing cost $100, excluding any repairs, and the expected time was two weeks minimum. I stopped by Xingco Electronics and decided to have a try. The shop owner listened to me carefully and explained his guess to the problem patiently. When asked "how long does the testing take?" The answer was, "I can do it pretty soon." He finished the diagnosis in a couple of hours and had the bad part replaced quickly. So I think the service is good and the price is fare. In fact I am also impressed by the shop owner's professional knowledge, and would recommend this shop to anyone for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone for any pc/laptop needs. This gentleman is friendly, super customer service and great prices. He listens to you intensly and then explains exactly what the issue is, your options to fix said issue, and tries to keep the price and friendly as possible. I dropped of my pc at 4pm on a thursday and he had it fixed by 11am sat morning. Very quick. Thank you so much for your help!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! My laptop got fixed within 24 hours. I called also some other shops and it would take them days to take a look at the Wifi Connection issue. The owner explained the reason why it happened to my laptop and provided advice on how I could get it fixed if the same issue happens. I would highly recommend this shop.
