I can't even load google using their FTTN service, and they will recharge you the installation fee as you cancel. As they said the speed looks good from their site. Don't use it at all! You are paying for nothing!! It disconnect many times a day. Even my phone is faster to open a website.

Got to learn how to talk to them if you want to get things fixed. Perfect service hands down ever since I called tech support. They really understand your problems if you are a little savvy yourself. Got the perfect modem and perfect internet speeds for cheap price.

I can tell you it was nightmare. Service is really bad. I have been with them from 6 months. Speed drops like crazy. Support is a joke. I went to Start DSL haven't had one problem yet. Price is just 10 bucks higher then this horrible company. But worth it. No speed drops. Mostly Asian people use their horrible service.

Been with for 6 years , allways a someone in technical department to speak with, very polite, internet phone cheap , never bee charged for downloads , like bellbor Rodgers who say unlimited, but really isn't, would recommend highly

I've been a customer for over 3 years and I'm very satisfied with the Company. The few times I have experienced their service being down were either because of the weather or an account mistake that took all of 5 minutes of phone time with an agent to correct. Pros: - no contract - consistently stable internet - good customer service - low start cost - low unlimited home internet costs - they will offer concessions to keep you as a customer Cons: - the modems they send can suck

Had their cable Internet service for 3+ year. It was not bad at the beginning, although there were a few interruptions in a year. In recent a year, it was not stable at all. We experienced short or long interruptions often. Called tech support to raise tickets, but they never returned calls as promised. In early this year Xinflix sent me a promotion for free Internet TV and free TV box rental ($113 deposit is required). I took this offer and got a box. However after few months I was told the subscription is not free, just no charge for the box. OK, I agreed to pay although they had eaten their words. Unfortunately the quality isn't like a paid service. The TV box stopped working. I called Xinflix after 2 days, I was told their server was down and they were working on it. In common practice a commercial grade service must have backup server and backup data for disaster recovery, and shouldn't stop service for days. I don't know how long they took to recover the system finally, but my box got reconnected to the server after 2 weeks. For this reason I cancelled the Internet and TV service 3 months ago. It was another terrible experience to get back the TV box deposit. I returned the box to their office in person although I had to drive 2 hrs. I was told they couldn't refund my credit card because my card had been renewed with different card number, they can only do it in cheque which will be ready in 7 business days. They knew I had to drive 2 hrs, but they still asked me to pick it in person. The lady even handwrote on the receipt that the refund in cheque, and highlighted it. I drove 2 hrs to their office after 2 weeks as requested. In their office they told me they had refunded to my credit card and BLAMED me why I didn't call before coming, although they never said and the receipt never showed the message that customer had to call again. I thought a business would keep the promise on the receipt. They refused to give me an explanation for the misleading to customer for 2 hrs driving, and the supervisor refused to show up. With such a bad experience I feel I'm so wise because I cancelled their service 3 months ago.

Great Internet and phone service provider. Been with them over 7 years. I have to say one of the best qualities of the company besides what they provide is their Customer Service. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond.Its a rare find these days. I unfortunately have to say goodbye to them, Sad to be leaving this company, have told many many people to give them a try you will not be disappointed.

We have been a customer since 2011. We were pretty happy with the company and recommended it to lots of family and friends. We started to have issues with the connection around last year or so and we been told to upgrade to a higher price package to ensure better internet quality. So far within the last 3 months we had constant connection problems and getting in contact with the technical support had all been nightmares. There are never anyone to answer my calls. I sent in service tickets and also no reply. The calls also get cut off for no reason! I don’t know how this company functions without proper technical support team! Maybe they just don’t care about losing old customers as long as they can sign up new ones! Update: To Xinflix PR; replying to my review on Google doesn’t make me feel like your company cares for your customers because no one from tech support contacted me after leaving service tickets and calling numerous times for the difficulties I had with the service! No one!
