★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked for weeks for a bridal hair consultation. My appointment was confirmed through text and email. When I arrived to my appointment I was told from across the room when I walked in to have a seat. The hairstylist was just beginning to wash her other clients hair. After 30 min I went to the front desk to see what was going on. I was told that there was a scheduling error. At this point my 2hr appointment would’ve made me late for my next so I decided to leave. I replied that it would’ve been nice to at least txt or call to say she was running late because I had drove over an hour to be there.There was no explanation/apology or follow up to see if i wanted to re-book and she didn’t really seem to care. I left frustrated. It was a bad experience right from the get go. I’m glad I found out about the customer service now rather than at my wedding day!
