★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up for an appointment and the place was closed “apparently due to bad weather” but I never got a phone call... very disappointed, I had even got a babysitter so I could enjoy my massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoy every experience I have had at Natural Reflections - they can offer multiple pedi/mani appointments too which is really fun for a girls day out! Very clean, friendly and excellent services. Prices are very reasonable.

My masseuse was wonderful, very professional and made me comfortable. I would have loved to have a heated bed, some spas have heating pads on the bed so when you get in it's all nice and warm!!❤️
I will definitely be back as it is one of the nicest spas I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really disappointed with their service. My wife and I had a date booked with them and no one showed up. When we followed up, they told us we had cancelled. Then we insisted we hadn’t and they claimed maybe someone called on our behalf. Sounded like a bunch of excuses. Make sure to call in before you go (so you don’t waste your valuable time). And what hurt the most was we had to find a baby sitter for that day?.
