★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality building and units. Lots of defect. Before final walk-in ,they closed the deal and hands over to keys, stating that after care before 1st year can be submitted and repair.
Zero response after submitted all defects and requesting repairs. With 1 way communication , you wait for them. They randomly knock on your doors asking for access for repairs, no notification, no appointment , like they own the place. The person whoever whatever he is, refused to give out contact infos , did not show any work id or anything. Almost like a random guy they hired to do inspections and repairs.
Repairs were carried out extremely unprofessionally.
No jokes. Crayons were used. Did half of work and promise to return for part 2 after repairs dry up. Never showed up again. Does not offer any sort of representatives, contact numbers, or emails. All home owners have is a 3rd party app call bazinga which gets zero response. All home owner can do is submit online request and hope for the best. Next thing you know. You get an email stating that all repairs where completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have found lots of developer defects at the unit at Spark Richmond and reported them during the inspection before the completion date. However, when getting the keys on completion date for the move-in, the developer representative did not confirm that the defects found during the inspections were fixed, which still a few not fixed, and claimed that it is property manager at that point. We have logged quite a few developer defect fix request tickets on the Bazinga app but there has been no updates, no communications, and no action since they have been logged 3.5 weeks ago. We have contacted the property manager before and they also thought we should have a number to reach the developer by, but nope....they were very surprised that the contact binder provided said that "the only way to contact developer is via Bazinga" by logging a ticket in there only....
