My son trains here with Gary and his team. They put together a good program with some advice on nutrition for my son and he has had really good results. They are pretty flexible with timing and positive in their approach.

I recently started to play badminton and was looking for personal training in Richmond to specifically improve my strength and conditioning. Before I couldn't last the whole game, now my team mates are even wondering where I get all this energy! My smashes are really deadly now too with the shoulder strength training we do with Gary and my flexibility in my legs are noticeably better. I was quite stiff before, and worried about getting injured. But this is not an issue anymore. I recommend U Rise Personal Training to anyone who wants to get better in a specific sports.

I started personal training with Gary at U RISE Richmond Personal Training about a year ago and in that time I have seen tremendous improvements in my body composition, strength and overall fitness. I have tried other personal trainers in Richmond before, but Gary's approach and knowledge sets him apart. I know Gary is committed to my training and to my personal success, and he always motivates me to dig a little deeper during our personal training sessions. The time spent with Gary is focused, intense and results oriented. I have been with Gary at Urise for a couple of years now and although I am a senior I have found that Gary and his trainers Justin and Mike are very helpful in addressing my abilities to do the exercises. I have a frozen ankle injury and they help me with modifications so I can perform my best, stay strong and mobile. They are very positive and I enjoy every minute when I am at the gym. ?????

I've been training at U RISE Personal Training for over a year now and am addicted! All the trainers are super knowledgeable, caring, understanding and treat you like family from the moment you step foot into the studio. I am down 25lbs (and counting!!) I have not had good experiences working with personal trainers in the past. The level of expertise and professionalism varies greatly and I've often been disappointed whenever I have recommended patients to do personal training. Gary Dhillon and U-RISE is different. Gary knows what he's doing and he also knows when his clients need other tools to support their health in order to get the best results. Gary provides the kind of care and attention that I would want for myself and I feel confident that patients will be taken care of when I recommend Gary to them.
