★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WSI is one of the least professional companies I have worked with. The agency I work for is working with one of their FORMER clients. The plan was to put up a new website and keep the hosting with WSI. They were opposed to this plan so it forced us to move the hosting to a different provider. Before we had a chance to move the email hosting over, WSI cut the email hosting off and my client was without email for a full business day, which for them is an eternity. When working with a large manufacturing outfit, you depend heavily on email.
If you are thinking of working with WSI, please, at all costs avoid it.
