★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order just 2 weeks ago on July 18th period the money is gone from my account but I never got a shipping confirmation. I have email twice and got no response and of called the number a 100 times and it just rings and rings. So I don't have a product to review. And as far as I'm concerned I will never order again once I get this resolved. UPDATE 2/2021 After reaching out via direct message on IG I finally got a response. They claimed staff and warehouse issues at the time due to COVID. I totally understand that it was just the lack of communication in not knowing the status that was aggravating.. Product arrived and is great and I reneged on what I said before I did place another order in these issues did not repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My product was defective I bought it in Germany 3 years ago and they replaced it ...their warranty and their customer service is very nice and efficient... I recommend their products....
Plus who can live without this toy anyway once you have experienced it.....this on a desert Island you dont need anything else !!!
