No wonder they cannot fine any new workers to come work there, ( Direct Hires) They now using employment agencies in Ottawa areas to recruit new workers…(Turn over rate is to high!) Expect to be pushed to the limit to make up for shortage of manpower (workers). Bunch of incompetent upper management and mangers make it such Undesirable place for new workers to work there and fit in. The company is stuck in 20th century European mentality. With a lot of manual hand labour work…. Don’t waste your time or energy. Pay is so low with no up’s in pay ever! Plus no room for growth and advancement ever. Toxic work environment stay away! YOU BEEN WARNED!
