Improper treatment with someone who comes from outside their territory.
Severe impairment in English conversation and insistence on continuing conversation.
The parking lot is very chaotic.
Loud music in cars, even in the parking lot.
in every where in the world, They think they have all the rights is Specific their.
Although I am originally an Iranian, I must say: Unfortunately, if you provide the best region and the best amenities for a Persian guy, they are gonna ruin them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai is a dumpster , there are no stores all closed , This is a flea market specially with that disgusting smell coming from the dirty oriental market yeaksss. If you want to buy jewellery you go in and out that’s it other then that it’s a low end smelly place.

This complex does not allow any AirBnB guests and if they found out they will deactivate your FOB. I had the worse two weeks of my life because of that and I couldn't get refund.
The parking is awful you can not find your route without wasting some time all the time.
