★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service once they have you signed up.
They lured us in with friendliness and assurances, and promised to keep an eye on our investments and contact us at least once a year to go over the progress of the funds. They were overly friendly, promising to bend over backwards for us and give us better service than a bank.
Once they had us signed up, however, this stopped. Over a year since we signed up, I reached out to them and asked for a follow-up meeting. I heard absolutely nothing back.
I reached out to the friend who signed us up (think, pyramid scheme) and he said they had had a meeting and that somebody would contact me and that I'd be at the top of the list.
Still nothing.
Now it's coming on for two years later. This time I reached out via their contact form on their website and STILL I'm being ghosted.
I'm leaving my investment as it is but I still sorely regret giving this company any business. Customer service is awful and I feel neglected and forgotten and very unappreciated. If you're swamped at least have the decency to quickly reply ro my messages and say you will respond asap. And if you promise to do an annual review and say I'm at the top of the list, follow up with your promises! It seems very unprofessional.
