★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a total beginner when it comes to quilting. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they took their time (and beyond!) to help me pick a pattern, figure out fabric, explain to me what to do. They were so patient and I really appreciated the fun in the process. Actually, I went in a few times while sewing my quilt because I got stuck and even though I wasn't making a purchase they helped me figure out the next steps.
Before my mom brought me here I thought quilting was an old lady thing and totally mocked it but the fabric and patterns are anything but. I'm proud to show people the quilts on my bed and my kids beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website states that their goal is to provide "friendly, experienced, and enthusiastic assistance to all of our customers" -- I received zero help from the older lady working there, not even a greeting when we walked in, despite no other customers in the store. When I finally did ask her a question in regards to finding a fabric for my dinning room chairs, her answer was "I don't know." I asked her if there's any other stores in the area and got a abrupt "no". She was probably the least customer service oriented person that I've met in awhile. Very disappointed in her lack of assistance and as result will not recommend them.
