★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely people and very accommodating. Renting the space is reasonable and they have a lot of tables and chairs for up to about 50 people, plus a small kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of table and chairs available. Fresh breeze comes right through and lobe that there is a tiny courtyard for kids to play in that is closed in. Second time here and plan to continue doing patties here as very convenient and priced well.
